Control the Aging Process
One of the best ways to slow down the aging process is by eating colorful foods! Choose at least three colors on your plate for lunch and dinner. These fruits and vegetables are packed with disease-fighting, body strengthening antioxidants. When combined they work synergistically to further enhance their benefits which in turn help you look and feel better about your appearance and health. Remember green for cancer fighting/eye protecting nutrients, yellow/orange for immune-enhancing beta carotene/resists carcinogens, reds are loaded with lycopene/ heart and blues and purples to keep your memory as well as resist some cancers.
