Who is a candidate?
- People in their 30s and 40s whose appearance has been negatively impacted by the downward descent of fat and muscle in their face and cheeks.
- People who feel they’ve lost their youthful cheek contours.
Procedure description
- The operation is done on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia with sedation, or under general anesthesia.
- The cheek fat is rejuvenated by elevating it upward and backward over the cheek bone. Unlike a facelift, the procedure restores the architecture of the face without removing skin and without adding a plastic insert.
- The final result is evident in 4-6 weeks or sooner, with continued improvement for several months.
