From Interstate 494:
Take the France Avenue exit going NORTH. Proceed a few blocks north to the cross street of Parklawn (there will be a stoplight). You will pass a Fuddrucker's Restaurant, Centennial Lakes Business Center, and Centennial Lakes Shopping Center all on your right (the east side of the street). At Parklawn turn right (east) and then immediately left (north) into the parking lot. There is signage on the corner of Parklawn and France Avenue South identifying the Centennial Lakes Medical Center. The building itself is six stories high with a large 7373 on the top corner. Parking is free, both above ground or underground. We are located on the at suite 508.

From Crosstown Highway 62:
Take the France Avenue exit going SOUTH. Proceed a several blocks south to the cross street of Parklawn (there will be a stoplight). You will pass Southdale Mall, Galleria Mall, Dayton's Home Store, and Centennial Lakes Movie Theatre all on your left (the east side of the street). At Parklawn turn left (east) and then immediately left (north) into the parking lot.
